How do I register?

Where can I book a hotel room?
The Sheraton Pentagon City is the official hotel of the 2019 Nuclear Deterrence Summit.  The deadline to reserve your room within the official Nuclear Deterrence Summit room block at the discounted rate is Monday, January, 21, 2019. Beyond January 21, 2019, reservations can be made directly with the hotel. Call 1-800-325-3535, and mention the group name 2019 Nuclear Deterrence Summit.  Housing at this hotel will be in high demand, so we strongly recommend making your reservations early.

 

How much does it cost to attend and what does it include?
The on-site prices are listed here. Registration includes access to all sessions, plus continental breakfast, lunch, break beverages/snacks, receptions, and access to most speaker videos/presentations.

What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card and check via our online registration. Register here.

 

What if I have a discount code?
Discount codes must be applied when you register. Only one discount code can be honored per transaction.

 

Do you offer group rates?
Yes, when two-four people register in a group, each additional person will receive 15% off the cost of registration by using code GROUP when registering online. If you are interested in sending five or more people to the Summit, contact Kelly Mahoney at splombon@accessintel.com to get information on reduced registrations for your group.

 

What are the registration hours?
Tuesday, February 12: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, February 13: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 14: 8:00 a.m. – 12:15p.m.

 

I want to attend the pre-conference workshop. How do I register?
Full conference registration does not give you access to the pre-conference workshop. Separate registration for this workshop is required. You can register for the pre-conference workshop here or contact Kelly Mahoney at kmahoney@accessintel.com to add the workshop on to your current registration.

When will speaker presentations be released?
Speaker presentations will be available in the mobile app. They will also be emailed to all registered attendees within two weeks post-Summit.

 

What is the dress code?
Business casual attire is recommended for the 2019 Nuclear Deterrence Summit. Since the temperature in meeting rooms tends to be cool, please bring a jacket or sweater for your comfort.

 

I’m part of the media. How can I get a press pass?
The Summit provides members of the press with exclusive access to experts, leaders and executives speaking at the event. To qualify for press credentials, you must: Be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized or industry-relevant media outlet, or hold an editorial title. I am registered, but cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?
You my transfer your registration. Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2019 Nuclear Deterrence Summit; however, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made be made in writing by the original registrant to kmahoney@accessintel.com.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before January 4, 2019 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel prior to January 4, 2019 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference. Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $300 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after January 4, 2019.
